The Air Right team was very easy to deal with and seem like genuinely good people. I know how annoying it is to have someone breathing down your neck when you're trying to dip your job so I left the tech alone to do his job. I would check now and then to see what progress had been made and he was very knowledgeable and happy to give me any info he had found. It ended up being the blower motor was shot. I was given a quote on a new motor within a couple minutesridiculously expensive and hard to find, thanks train and decided to have the unit replaced with a newer one. Once again I was given a quote very quickly and it was a very good price. Within a couple days they were here to install the new unit. I would highly recommend Air Right to anyone that needs work done in their ac and next time I need service I will definitely be calling them again. |
