Asked for help from a supervisor after he caused the damage. Nothing could be done to fix the damage done before Thankgiving and was forced to buy a new gas oven an hour before the stores closed that night. Also saw him watching repair videos while behind the stove... If he didn't know what he was doing, he shouldn't have touched it. Especially with it being a gas appliance. |

Was told he'd have to check his other locations because there's 3 different ones all together and he'd have to get back to me. Yet he never asked what number he could reach me at and didn't even ask my name. This was all over the phone! Can only imagine how service is in person!!! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. |
