| Dejay Miller | This man showed up to my house this morning. He talked to me in such a manner I felt like a scolded child. After several minutes of this mans rude and very unprofessional manor and made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE in my own home. I wasn't even sure what to say to this man, I wanted him to leave almost as soon as he spoke. He talked down to me, berated my husband who wasn't even home, talked badly of other repair men demanded their names. I ended this and thanked him for his time as a ok leave. He then denands 50. I'm in shock. Huh?! He says he requires a 50 service fee for even walking in the door. Well, I was floored. Everyone else was a free estimate. He starts again insulting anyone else who claims to repair. I ask him to leave. He states don't call me again. NEVER A PROBLEM. you should be ashamed talking to a pregnant woman like that in front of a 3 yr old. I'm in tears. Jerk. |
