Nathan c | Lowe's is my go-to place for home supplies and tools and plumbing supplies and electrical supplies and everything else supplies. If they don't have it you don't need it. the people there are so helpful and I always find exactly what I need at the best price in Franklin Kentucky. I don't know where I would be in this world without Lowe's in Franklin.I just love walking in and browsing around and seeing what kind of stuff I never knew I needed till I saw it tonight I went in there and got drywall. Is the best drywall I've ever had. The only way I could be better if they came over and hung it for me. Man their tools Rock to I've never seen so many cordless tools that I never knew I needed oh, wow!! And man that chick that check me out was gorgeous. |
Kevin Medley | Needed a few cuts made to some wood I was purchasing. The "customer assistance needed" button did not work. Fifteen minutes later an associate came by with another customer and called for more assistance. New associate arrived, asked about cuts at least 20 times and got confused each time. Left me in the middle of cutting my order to help someone in lighting. 35 minutes later the first associate came by and asked if he could help us while talking about how busy it was. He had been in the adjesent isle talking to a friend for 30 minutes while I waited even after I had had a checkout associate call for help. He then cut the last four pieces and told us to have a good day |
