My husband and I spent most of the day calling local heating and cooling places to try and find a part on a Saturday and all of them either didn't have the part or wouldn't sell it without installing it. This is a part that takes 5 seconds to plug in ourselves so we really didn't want to pay extra for something we could simply do ourselves.
