| Devon Coutouzis | STAY AWAY!! As you see from the only other review on here - this place is a sham. What drew me in was their low service call fee compared to other companies 59.99. They take your credit card number and put that amount on hold. I called Monday to set up an appointment, they couldn't get me in until Thurs Wed was a holiday. They called me Wednesday evening to cancel because they weren't able to get a technician to service my brand of refrigerator. That is a completely UNACCEPTABLE excuse!!! Then he asks me if I would be okay scheduling in about another week. Is this some sort of a joke? We have been without a working refrigerator for 3 days and it is so wrong of this "company" to call the day before to cancel. Had we had more notice, we could have gotten on the books with another company. Now we are the ones penalized with days more of waiting without a refrigerator. This company doesn't deserve the business. RUN! |
