| Kathy Degraaff | Worst experience ever with any repair. Said he knew how to repair appliances. He knows how to take them apart... Not so good at putting them all back together. Took him more than 2 weeks to get my refrigerator somewhat working again. Cost us almost 1000. It's still not working right. Said he would come back but didn't, won't answer calls, would say he was on his way and wouldn't arrive at all, or would come late at night. Made every excuse I've ever heard and some I've never heard. I could go on, but if this isn't enough to explain our horrific experience with this guy, I'm not sure anything will help. |
