| Rodney Brown | My new maytag washer is only a couple years old. And it started not switching from wash to spin. I was very confused so I let my pride down to get it repaired. And I was a little discouraged not knowing the company. So I got on the internet and first spot I found was a+ appliance repair . So of course I called them. They set my appointment and actually set it the same day I called them. They set me up 4-6pm to show up . Keep my fingers crossed . And at 4:21 I got a phone call that the repair man was in my direction. He pulled up , was clean cut , wearing his uniform. And as soon as he entered he was very polite and went straight to the washer, he looked at it checked out some parts on it and had an answer. I was very surprised. They told me it was my motor sensor . I had no ideal what that part was. So I agreed to accept the job and the crazy part is that he had the parts ready to repair it. That was awesome. He worked on it for about 30 minutes. And then I heard your good to go. I walked in the laundry room and it was working perfect. And still is, I highly recommend. This is a great company and deffanately dependable. |
| Kevin Cecil | This location raises it's rates so as it can post a 30.00 discount which you really don't get because they then charge you a travel fee on top of a Labor fee on top of the part fee. I don't know if they also charge a fuel fee so check out any repair location before you make the choice to get them to come do a service call or you will be biting off more then you expect. |
| Chris Walden | RIDICULOUS! I HAD A TIME SCHEDULED FOR THEM TO COME TO MY HOME AT 1:00 AND A 20-30MIN. CALL AHEAD, FINALLY CALLED ME AT 2:08 FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NUMBER AND LEFT ME A VOICE MAIL, STATING THAT THEY COULD NOT COME OUT UNTIL I ANSWERED THEM, AT 2:10 I SPENT THE NEXT HOUR CALLING THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO IGNORE ME EVERY TIME. SO I CALLED MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO TELL THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED ONLY FOR MY WARRANTY COMPANY TO CALL THEM AND THEY IMMEDIATELY ANSWER....HMMM. THIS WAS A COWARDLY THING TO DO. |
