Appliance Repair by Hagedorn Appliances in Erlanger, Kentucky

I purchased all the appliances for my newly renovated home 13 years ago and all was well. So when I needed a new dishwasher, I went to them. I compared pricing on a bosch dishwasher from them and the big box stores. They were a little higher but I like supporting local business. The salesman told me there was a rebate that would make the unit a few hundred dollars less and gave me paperwork to mail in. Turns out, the rebate was for a different model and the other rebate was only good if I purchased 3 separate appliances. Of course, the dishwasher was already installed by the time I looked at the paperwork, as serial 's are required. I went back and told them of the salesman's blunder. They said they'd make it right, but after a few calls and them never getting back to me, they never made it right. Guess what!? I need a new appliance now and I'm gladly taking my business elsewhere.

Bought my entire kitchen and stocked it with Bosch Appliances from Hagedorn Appliances when we remodeled 2 years ago. They are knowledgeable and service what they sell! So I figure why not buy my appliances from the people who know the most. They have been around forever.

We have purchased several items over the past 2 years from Hagedorn Appliances: A complete kitchen set in summer 2018 as well as a new washer and dryer in fall 2019. In both of these transactions we have had excellent experiences. Pricing is competitive. Delivery and service has been exceptionally pleasant. We will continue to purchase our appliances from the people we know and trust at Hagedorns.
