| Pat Bradley | Total scam. First of all, at least one of the 5 star reviews is a family member. Now for my experience. They were 1.5 hrs late. The "repairman" did absolutely no troubleshooting. I mean none. Then told me he was pretty sure what it was. Looked up the price on his phone and told it was going to cost around 350 to fix. I declined his "service" and after he left, decided to do a little troubleshooting. After all, what did I have to lose? Found out that there was a bad switch, which cost me 12 to order from Amazon, and about 15 minutes of my time to replace. I'd give 0 stars if I could. |
| Jill Kohrs | I scheduled someone to come and look at my washer. Earl gave me a call and I explained the issue. He confidently diagnosed the issue over the phone instead of coming out and charging me 60 for a fix that I would have declined because it was so expensive. Thank you for being upfront and saving me the money!!! I will be calling All Day Appliance Repari for any other issue I might have due to their high integrity. |
