He just took 60.00 service call from my grandmother on Friday and is demanding another 80 before he will order the parts, I told her not to give him anymore money. I also called their office and left him a message that he needed to make things right or we will be filing a police report in the morning.

To everyone out there DO NOT TRUST THE GUY!!!! He is my step-dad he is a LIAR!!!! AND A THEIF!!!!

First let me say this is the first time I've ever written a bad review but this is the worse experience I've ever had with any business. On March 5, 2018 I had R & M Appliance come out to fix my refrigerator. Mike Bunch came and supposedly worked on it. I don't know what he did because I Was at work. My housekeeper called and told me he fixed the refrigerator and wanted paid 265.00. He wouldn't let me mail him a chech so I had the housekeeper pay him. When I came home the refrigerator was not cooling so I called and told him to come back. After several calls he came back on March 21st and said he had to order a part and needed paid in advance. I thought that was strange but went ahead and paid him 200.00 for the part. Every time I call his wife or whoever answers the phone says he'll be there tomorrow. I told her on April 2nd I wanted the repair done the next day or my money refunded. She said he would not refund my money. This is now April 16th and I haven't seen him. I had to get someone else to repair it. Was scammed out of 465.00 ! BTW Seems strange that an appliance repairman has a chauffeur! What happened to the drivers license???
