Agent was doing her job and reading the script she was given but the intent was to put up barriers to prevent/delay scheduling of service covered by service agreement. Spent more time trying to sell unwanted home services. Also said I had to had dryer vent inspected by "licensed vent cleaner" before she could schedule service. Is that even a thing???? After my insistence service was scheduled but took three weeks to get tech out, too long to be without an appliance. |
