| Spencer Mullins | New unit installed in November on a new home and under warranty. This is now the tenth time we have had a problem. Terrible customer service, do not return calls as they say they will. They can't figure out what is wrong with our system and have told me there is nothing they can do. They have refused to replace it. They have came out multiple times to only reset the system instead of fix the problem. They finally replaced a part about a month ago after we started to get extremely upset, but it has already stopped working again. We've also never received documentation anytime they've been here, in which we requested and have yet to receive. Do not recommend this company at all! |

I received the spring inspection, and wrote a letter stating I would not be using them for a fall inspections and requested a refund of 60. I have heard nothing and have not received my refund. Also, Stivers owns a gousevascrebtal property two houses down and have let it go empty and never maintained it with weeds waist high. No responses to our neighbors pleas. How can they care for your HVAC in your hone if they won't see to their rental properties or refund my money? |

Stivers HVAC was able to replace our system quickly and efficiently with an upgraded system at a great price. They also were able to troubleshoot our duct work problems and get everything fixed properly. The techs were friendly and helpful and able to answer our questions. Thanks! |
