Walked in looking to shop for a couch. The place smelled funny, like old food upon entering. Every couch inside was damaged in some way - stained, ripped, worn through, one even had a broken frame sticking out of the back. If youre looking for a new item, I didn't see any on my visit. Prices were double, in some cases triple nearby competition that sold new furniture To be fair they did appear to include interest in the price as they do rent-to-own, so at least they're up front about what you are getting into. They said hello when we walked in, and everyone that walked by smiled and gave us a friendly hello. They never approached us, which was odd compared to other furniture stores, but could be considered hassle-free shopping so that's ok. We left pretty fast. As we left they told us from the counter that we could look on their website if we didn't see anything. That's nice, but kinda defeats the purpose of shopping locally versus just ordering online.
