Brian Howerton | I scheduled service to be performed on my home on Monday and was told there would be someone our on Thursday at 1:00. I received a call at 12:50 letting me know that they would not make it out and would need to re-schedule. Our call was lost so I had to call back in after not getting a call back. The girl then proceeded to tell me that the earliest they could have someone out is on the 24th which is 12 days later. What a joke of an organization. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with |
