Appliance Repair by Menards in Wichita, Kansas

I like going to this Menards. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of things available beyond the appliances, tools and home improvement Items that you would expect. You can pick up candy and/or a toy for your grandsons birthday, the milk your wife asked you to bring home, a new grill and the boards to fix the backyard fence all in one place. The prices are pretty good too, often even cheaper than Wally World. Everything a man or women could need.

This my first time shopping there went for mini blinds. There was no help around it was a very stressful experience. There was this young man in a different department who found us help he was very sweet however the man who was on the phone for an extended period of time was told we needed help. After he ended that call at his desk he disappeared and when we went to find him he was helping someone else as if he had not been told we were waiting. I had to go to customer service to have someone paged before we got help. We saw this young lady asked her for help she said that she was off and kept walking. We were in the store for about an hour 1 1/2 waiting. I would rather not go back. I was able to find a good deal on washing soap but is that 3 discount worth the frustration. Absolutely not I would like to see the workers asking if people need help.

The is not a bad location to find a wide variety of lighting and various repair and remodel items for homes. All of the construction type items are pretty reasonably priced and we were surprised to find so many household and supply type items.

Placed an online same day pick up order for 28 boxes of flooring. Never received an email that it was ready for pick up. Called the next day and was informed that they were still looking to find the stock . They ended up cancelling the order. I was told there was no phone number to reach online customer service only available with email.

Staff very helpful and curtious. Store very clean. Store is huge inside and it keeps going and going and going. You can spend the days and just looking around.

I had the nicest girl Mickala hope that's the right spelling I tried to remember help me. She's absolutely one of the best in customer service I've met in awhile. Really impressed that someone her age has it figured out.
