Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Wichita, Kansas

I went to purchase a garage door opener. The customer service was exceptional. Within two minutes I was created and received the help I needed. I am very pleased.

We needed temporary fencing - the plastic netted stuff you see on construction sites. Asked an associate as soon as we walked in and they pointed me to aisle 21. No dice. Asked another associate at that end of the store who had to ask yet another associate for the answer. They eventually pointed me outside to the garden center where I finally found what I was looking for. Not the end of the world, but it was frustrating to walk the entire length of the store twice. Disappointed the employees didn't know the store well enough to help me.

I'm giving lowes only 2 stars I love the selection at this store but the staffing has not been very helpful.... There are no checkers available and even after going to the service desk or 3 people stood around it seemed to be a problem to ask one of them to call for help to get 1 checker it seems the self check house are becoming a way of the future unfortunately I look more and more online so I don't have to deal with this we also had a difficult time getting anyone to help us as we stood in the tub area for over 15 minutes I asked a gentleman from the washer and dryer appliance area for help he came over and reset and push the button again for me and still we waited when someone came over they weren't much help and basically walked off not answering any of our questions so we ended up buying our tub somewhere else.

Found what I needed easily without help. And was able to find a flatbed no problem. My checkout experience was pleasant. And the gentleman who helped me get my purchase in the vehicle was very nice.

Nice place to show home improvement... there selection of plants is good in the spring....

The people that work in the appliance department really know their stuff. I called and asked about certain dishwashers and the associate steered me in the right direction while answering all my questions. I will have to come back in.

They have most everything I need for gone improvement. I do think they are lacking in flooring and bathroom decor/cabinets. There are better store options for those items!
