| Michael Potvin | Last week BJ, from Kelley and Dawson came out to the house and gave me a quote to replace our 23 year old heating and AC system, along with the old humidifier. Today, three trucks rolled up to the house exactly when they said they would be here. They laid drop cloths down and went to work. In about 5 hours all of the old equipment was gone, all debris rolled up in the drop cloths, and now sitting here warm and extremely comfortable on a 27 degree day outside. The three technicians, Gage, Caleb, and John, were professional, efficient, and extremely nice to deal with. In a world today where it seems like customer service has gone out the window, that is not the case with this company. They answered all of my questions and even made some changes to my duct work at no additional cost. To top it all off, of the three quotes I received, they were the least expensive by several hundred dollars. This will be the company I use for any future heating and air needs. |
