Elizabeth Newman | I called this company out to take a look at my fridge, as they had been recommended by the manufacturer. They were prompt in coming out, but that's where my recommendation ends. The gentleman came out, spent a good 45 minutes looking at the fridge, then left after saying something needing to get "schematics" for the fridge, and that it might be leaking freon ? Needless to say, I was skeptical, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. This was at 8:30 on a Monday morning. He NEVER called us back. I called him the next afternoon, and he gave me some song and dance about checking prices for parts and such, and that he would call me back later. That was the last I ever heard from him. We ended up calling Sears, who came out that same day, and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Either this man had NO idea what the heck he was doing, or he didn't want to mess with it. Either way, EXTREMELY unprofessional. |
