Appliance Repair by Best Buy in Wichita, Kansas

Overall a positive experience, and I'd buy an appliance again. We purchased a dishwasher, and flipped two features between two models to get what we wanted. Before we purchased we left for the evening to do research. The next day the price had changed 50, with no explanation except "that's what it's showing." The installation was smooth as silk, as Kevin was pro all the way. Informative. Respectful. Helpful. The store could better communicate with delivery/install, though, as the time windows were not consistent. But overall a good experience.

Staff is helpful but the prices could be better. I was told to come here for drone accessories. They had a limited amount of selection

I love going to Best buy. I always do my research so I know what I want going in. They price match most anywhere. Almost removed a star because they workers are almost too helpful. Get asked every 30 seconds if I need assistance! A nice change from some places except that I never need help here.

So... the questions... Did I get what I was looking for? No. How long did I wait for assistance? 15 minutes. Did assistance ever come? No. Was what I was possibly looking for here? Probably. We'll never know because I'm not going back. For a smaller location than the one they closed off of Kellogg less than half its size by the looks of it I never waited any time and usually got helped almost immediately at that location. Sad it is gone. Now time to hit up Amazon.
