| Suzanne Ioerger | I remember going to Beltone growing up as my Sister would need her hearing aid checked periodically. My Mother handled everything until they entered a nursing home together. Of course the nursing home did no maintenance for three years at the “home “. I got her out nearly four years ago and during that time I have been busy just keeping her comfortable. She was born legally blind and deaf from German Measles as the vaccine was not available to my mother 67 years ago. My sisters 30? Year old hearing aid fell apart two weeks ago. I took it to one place that I thought was Beltone and it has been renamed and said it would be 550 to get it repaired. We could not afford this, and I knew my Mother would want Beltone. I went to the location on Maple and Mary Ann was so very wonderful. She relayed our difficulties to Mr. Rowden and he set up a meeting to give my sister a new updated hearing device. This is the Gift of Hearing this Christmas. This is the best business! Support this hearing company as they have Empathy and true caring for people. |
