I truly couldn't be any more satisfied with Affinity! I appreciate the fact that they send pictures and videos with detailed descriptions of what the issues is and the recommended corrective action as well! Not only is there comfort in receiving a text message with a direct link to review your vehicles overall health and diagnosis but the consistent communication is a major plus as well. They've just recently serviced my vehicle for a third time in a span of about three years different reasons of course and each time it seems I had my car back as quick as I dropped it off - the service is very prompt! To add the cherry atop, they also offer about three different l, great financing options... which we all know a lot of shops don't! Thank you much Mark, Summer and the rest of the Affinity team!
