He asked for model number, anticipated what problem might be, said he would order the part. But day/time came for the service call and he was a no-show. Has not returned my calls. How unprofessional can you be? Update: he called a week later, apologizing for being out with back issues. I appreciate that, but no excuse for not letting me know BEFORE I cleared out cabinets and wasted a day. |
