When I took it in they could have scolded me and acted disgusted that the machine hadn't been serviced on a regular schedule something another service company did when my wife had stopped in. Instead, I was informed efforts would be made to get the machine working again but no promises could be made. About a week and a half later received a call the machine was running great. John and Kelly were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only did the machine get fixed but they were very patient with me in the process. Get your machine serviced here and when you're ready to buy a new one do that here too. |
