| Louvena Cox | I used the chat deal and was told. what part I needed given my description of the washers problem I ordered the part for my mother in law who owned the washer and it was delivered afterward I realized it wasn't the part that it needed and when I tried to return it and have her account credited back for the almost hundred dollar useless part I was told by sears customer care to take the part to ups and they would handle the return once at ups I was told something different the ups person got very busy in the meantime and I was unable to complete the return and left ups to return the next day unfortunately the part in its box feel out of the back of the truck I had gotten a ride to the ups store in and I wasn't able to do anything not finding it I had no choice but to explain my loss I'm very upset about the entire situation and the loss for my mother in law because of me! |

The part arrived at my home, he called again before coming and promptly installed the part, and verified my dishwasher worked. I will use this service again if necessary. |
