| Melissa Prins | We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in August. It was already out of the box when they delivered it. That should have been the first red flag. They were nice, cordial, got the installation done pretty quick. They didn't leave me any of the original paperwork. I called the next week because they hadn't left it...2 weeks later no call back. BUT I had to call them for a repair. Everything in my fridge was freezing. they came out 3 days later, moved my bagels and said I was blocking the sensor. 3 weeks later everything froze again. I called whirlpool I was done with Stewart's... they sent a tech out AFTER they told me it was a LOWES SALVAGE UNIT! The temp control computer was bad. They replaced it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY SELL SALVAGED UNITS. |

AGAIN I asked for a tech to come out and how much it would be. The guy on the phone told me to take the top off and hit the switch.... all I wanted was to get someone out here to see if they can fix it |
