| Wyatt Davison | Piss poor attitudes from the service technician's from asking such a simple question which was "can you look at my hot water heater since it only produces enough hot water to full up the bath tub 1/4 full but the tank is a 30 gal" their response was "nope call your landlord" although they are the only ones that manage the heating/cooling plumbing and electrical here. I am tired of taking cold showers and my voice about the problem my apartment has means nothing to the landlord and Ott's electric. Although I have asked for this problem to be fixed multiple times it has been like this for three months now. If Ott's doesn't fix it.. who will? |
