The first rep didn't even look at the 2 TWO wiring harness pigtails I had on the counter, he ordered some random wiring harness. The second rep looked at the part that was ordered and made the excuse for the first rep that he couldn't see a picture, google helped me find a picture. The second rep said he would get the ball rolling to contact LG.... he didn't. I was called and told i needed a whole harness for 70 for a 10in pigtail that's not a part of the main harness. ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED TO SAY THE LEAST. |
