Amy Roberts | When I initially set up my appointment,i gave the guy 2 phone numbers, stating mine would be the primary number to call if needed. So the day and time of the appointment, no-one showed. When I called to enquire, the guy who answered said they tried to call the second number approx. 10 minutes before appointment time, but no-one answered, so they went to another call. When I asked him why they didn't call the primary number given, he said he didn't know. So I asked him why they had called, he got defensive and asked if I called to argue with him. I was completely blown away. I was simply enquiring. I ended the call after that and was seriously disappointed. Lesson learned is to only give 1 number in the future, even when the instructions are so basic. I've never felt more disrespected and disappointed. |
