| Rachel Harris | Today, we had an installation scheduled for a washer and dryer. The employee, DJ, came to our home to set up the washer and dryer. DJ installed our washer without checking, measuring the width of the room to ensure both appliances would fit appropriately and realized the dryer would not be possible to fit. He proceeded to ask the residents their suggestion on how to make the washer and dryer fit. His only suggestion was to remove the door which he had no tools to do so and asked if we had the tools. While one resident went to gather a tool box, DJ proceeded to finalize the payment while waiting. After gathering the toolbox, we went outside to get DJ to finish the dryer installation and he had already left our home. DJ walked out the house and left the home without ANY communication in regards to finalization of the installation. I called the business and spoke with DJ directly who stated that he was not responsible for taking down our door and completing the installation of our dryer. DJ said the installation was up to us to complete and that it should be easy to do. We paid the total amount in cash, probably so we don't have the ability to cancel the payment.
