| Mr. M | Terrible! Unprofessional, very rude man. Had an emergency called and voicemail was full. Called throughout day didnt reach anyone finally reached someone and said hes not dumping after 430. So had to wait all night with a flooded yard. Ended up calling Vincent carl plumbing who was very very good. I would not recommend admiral/All clear septic to anyone. Plus guys pulled hatch off the tank and left it unattended and my 3 year old son fell into the hole and almost drowned. There guys just watched, then pumped us out and requested us to pay cash immediately. Well wife had to run to bank and they followed to the bank. All before we could take my son to the emergency room to make sure he was goin to be ok. They did nothing for there mistake. Didnt credit us, didnt pay for our emergency room bill, which was alot. Just not very happy with that place. They handled that all wrong and unprofessionally |
