I went into there with no knowledge of dryer parts looking for answers and he basically told me he wouldn't talk to me or help me at all unless I paid him 70 up front to come to my house. He was very rude. When I tried to ask when he would be able to come to my house he just walked out of the room and the lady at the other desk had to talk to me for him. If you don't buy from them they don't care. I will NEVER give them any of my money. |

They were nice enough and were able to repair it by the next day, but when there was a phone call he took while checking us out he was rude to the customer. |
