| Mike braim | Called up to heidricks to get some info about their knife sharpening service. The first woman I spoke too on the phone was very nice and polite. Then she transferred me back to the man who does the knife sharpening and WOW is all I can say. Probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Because of this experience I will never go to heidricks again and they will never receive another dime of my money. I'll take my business to mako Ace across town. |
