| Katie Hogan | If you're ever stranded on I-70 between Ellis, KS and Burlington, CO call S&M Towing! Harley is amazing and will have one of his guys out ASAP to help you! Wonderful customer service at ALL hours! We hit a coyote traveling to Colorado 3 weeks ago at 11:30 pm on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere. With a leaking radiator and front bumper pretty much demolished, we could not continue. We had a heck of a time getting a tow to a repair shop. Luckily we finally found a 24-hour tow AAA couldn't find one that was 80 miles away that could come to our rescue - S&M Towing! Harley answered the phone at 2 am and said he could have one of his guys ready to head out to get us within 30 minutes! Amazing news after what we'd been dealing with with AAA. 20 minutes later we got a call that our knight in shining tow-truck armor was on his way! At 3:30 am our knight and his majestic tow-truck appeared and got us to our half-way destination, our van in tow. 3 weeks later I was able to pick up my van which ran and looked like new! Auto Ins took a long time to get someone out for the estimate. Harley had the repairs done in a week! We can not thank you enough, Harley, and your crew! You came to our aid when we needed it. |
