| Mary Ann Gifford | Well since I can't take stars away I'm only leaving 1 star. My boyfriend and I walked in to the store and the guy working Will greeted us then walked in to the office. We were there to look at laptops however Will decided to sit in the office even after we walked over to the counter for help after standing there for a few minutes and he looked up and saw us needing help he still never came over to help! The Chanute Kansas store is a complete joke! We left and went to Arron's where we got a laptop for cheaper and with a military discount not to mention amazing customer service! |
| Justin Gilreath | I'm only leaving a 1 star rating is cus I can't leave a negative star rating me and my girlfriend walked in to look for a laptop and the guy that greeted us was a guy named will and just walked into the office and left us on the floor by ourselves went to the front desk and he just sat on his lazy butt while we waited for him to get off the computer for 2 minutes so we walked out without being helped... Lost my business for sure but thanks to his laziness we got a way better deal at Aarons with my military discount |
