| Anna Converse | Just recently purchased a home and had old republic warranty for our service. Old republic contacted AAA for our repair and told me to call him in 30 minutes after I received the confirmation email. I called him and the phone hung up, so I called him right back no knowing if the phone had been disconnected or what. Same thing happened again, I called a 3rd time and left a very nice voicemail for him to call me as soon as he could so we could set up an appointment to fix my refrigerator. I called Old Republic back to see what was going on and they explained the problem. Finally he called me back and said he would be at the house at 4. I had forgot to ask if he accepted credit cards so I called him back and he RUDELY answer his phone. I said " I have a quick question for you?" He replied " I have a a quick answer, STOP CALLING ME. What is your question?" So I asked him and he said YES, NOW QUIT CALLING ME AND TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR PHONE!!!. I called Old republic and filed a complaint. If you are a business you shouldn't treat potential clients like that or talk to them like that at all. My refrigerator wasn't working and I had just gone grocery shopping the day before and I was worried about my this food spoiling. Still doesn't mean that you treat clients like that. I will never use this company for any repair ever again!!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE |
