Third straight kitchen appliance I have had installed by Elite and each one has been done perfectly. Absolutely no mess left when they were done, personable techs and fantastic communication. While I probably could have done this new over the range microwave myself, I saw no need to and called them directly. Zac and his crew were top notch today. Zero complaints. Fridge will be next, Elite!

Elite was set to install my wall oven. While it got done and looks beautiful, the customer service and care was awful. The oven was installed a week later than the appointment we set for installation. In addition no one seemed to return calls when inhaf questions. I was charged 25 more than the price that was discussed. While I understandably charging for time, the installers arrived but were in the driveway for nearly 7 minutes parked before ringing the doorbell and getting set up. In addition, 2 telephone calls were taken during my install time. The short of it is, customer service is absolutely not a priority. Regardless of what the company had going on, they did have good customer service or communication. The oven was finally installed, though, and it looks good.

Elite Home Services installed a microwave and dishwasher for me. They had a very difficult time removing the microwave from 1984 which was older than the nice young man installing it. They went above and beyond to install an outlet for the microwave. Seriously--they are the best!!!
