| Aaron Mohler | Although the guy was nice, he brushed me off when I needed to get the fan in my computer replaced. Told me they weren't certified to open it and they would have to send it to a service center and it would be 2-3 weeks. I told him I've had 2 other Geek Squads tell me they would do it and he told me I should take them up on their offer to work on my computer uncertified. He then said they've had a bunch of check in's today and couldn't fit me in at all. I took it to the Best Buy in Ankeny and they happily took it and are repairing it for me. They just lost business. I won't ever call them again. |
