| Paula G | BEWARE! Deceitful and misleading company. I had Alan come and give me a quote for a water softener. 240 price for installation and 35 for monthly rental. When I received my bill, the cost was 448.51. The difference was attributed to extra plumbing and labor. They knew that extra plumbing and labor would be necessary, it was written on my quote, so why did they not disclose the extra cost on the quote? They stated that it's because they didn't know how much more it would be. Alan stated that he's been doing this for over 20 years, so why wouldn't he have a good idea? He could have at least indicated an extra of approximately 150-300 more. I would have never signed off on any installation had the cost been disclosed. Completely ripped off. Avoid this company and their hidden fees. |
