Dan Pelletier | Our refrigerator's defrost system malfunctioned on a Friday, and we weren't hopeful that we would be able to get someone in over the weekend to save our warming food and drinks from spoiling. Understanding this, the owner Steve personally stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to service the fridge enough to render it functional again until they could get the necessary part in to permanently fix the issue. Just a few days later, the fridge was working perfectly again after a smooth installation. We will certainly be using them for any appliance issues in the future, and cannot recommend them enough. |
Ann Wood | I called to set up a service call on my dryer that wasn't working & Steve called me back later that night to let me know that things had changed and they would be out the next day to take a look at it. The repairman showed up exactly as Steve said and had the parts necessary to fix my dryer on the spot! Problem solved quickly and efficiently. What's more when I received my bill, you had gone the extra mile and requested Samsung pay for the part. You didn't have to do that and I, the consumer, would never have known the difference, except my bill would have been a lot higher.
