I scheduled an appointment, which had to be a week out. On that day, i missed the driver's call and called back literally 2 minutes later. call went to voice ma land they didn't call back for 2 hours, at which time they said they were done with jobs for the day. they offered another appointment in 5 more days. Extremely poor customer service and the lady who answers the phone couldn't care less

The worker, Dan, came out and was unable to get a fitting off of my dishwasher water line. Told me to call a plumber and left. I went to Bomgaars , purchased some Vise-Grips, and got it off myself. I Called them back to install my dishwasher since I was able to uninstall it when the “professional” wasn't. I was told no because I was told to get a plumber when Dan was there. Pure laziness. Only person who seemed to want to help me was the girl who answered their telephone. Their workers are just lazy. Anything outside of what an educated, informed homeowner can do is outside of their abilities.
