Appliance Repair by U.S. Cellular Authorized Agent – Appliance Plus in Oelwein, Iowa

I called on Wednesday that my wash machine was broken down and that I also needed a new freezer. I made the purchase sight unseen over the phone and the next day when we got home from work both the old were removed and the new were in place and totally happy with the quality of the product, the service, and the price. Great job Appliance Plus!!!

My husband and I have been there 3 times in a row. We where trying to get one of our unlocked phones onto our friends account. We talked to corporate to verify that the phone would work on his account and they said yes it was capable and ALL STORES can do it. Went there the first time we where told that only u.s cellular phones would work with u.s cellular service. After checking with AGAIN with corporate we where told the second time that there machine was broken. The third time we called down to the store and spoke with a manager and she said she didn't know why the representative said that because it was capable. We then when down there and was told again that it was not capable. I am upset by the fact that there representative is a lazy incompetent liar. I will never do business with them again. They have now lost a client since he was fed up with the lies. If you wanna take a gamble with there representatives good luck.
