| Taryn McKune | I went to this place recommended to me by my grandparents. When I originally went in they had a car in the shop they were working on. I told them that I didn't have a second vehicle to be able to drop my car off and come back I live in Ames. So they ended up squeezing me in. They pushed the other car out and put mine in for a brake change that I needed. They totally didn't have to even try and squeeze me in. I had told them I could come back some other time. But instead of letting me go they bent over backwards to get me in. Now that's real customer service! Going above and beyond and understanding my situation. The guys were super nice and told me they would call me when my car was done. They told me places that I could walk around and explore in Nevada while I was waiting. I thought my car wasn't suppose to be done until 2:00 and they called an hour earlier than they were suppose to, saying it was finished. Highly recommend these guys, they provided such exceptional service! |
