The first visit the repair person determined the door switch was not working,. he did not have the part with him.. had to order it.. asked me to install it.. did not enable the dryer to start. Another repair was scheduled - weeks later. The day scheduled for the service call the technician called and said he had a ticket to repair a washer!!!!!!! I did not get the sense that the repair person would be able to fix the dryer 100, so I cancelled the service call and we went and bought a new dryer from Lowe's. I was not pleased with the service call process. the people on the phone did not listen well and it was not a good experience at all. |
