| Emily Bjoraker | I purchased all new stainless steel appliances from McCloskeys in 2014. At the beginning of January 2020, I called in to have my dishwasher and washing machine looked at. My dishwasher wasn't draining and my washing machines door locked with all of our wet clothes inside. A repair man came out within a week, however, it is now the first week in February and I still do not have my appliances fixed. I feel like waiting a month for a couple dishwasher hoses and a part for my washing machine is excessive. If I knew that they were understaffed I would have called another appliance repair business. Staff is always courteous and polite, however, I am tired of washing everything by hand for the last month and hauling my family of 5's laundry to the laundry mat. Somebody help me. I hate cleaning. |
