| Mallory Jensen | Technician never showed up for install. I waited an hour to be told my problem would be resolved within the hour. Hours later received an email stating I could just join up the modem and to a remote install which wasn't possible as I had arranged to rent a modem through centurylink which of course they forgot to put in the order as well. |
