Appliance Repair by Pentz Appliance & TV in Marshalltown, Iowa

Traditionally we've bought appliances from big box stores. After a few bad experiences and absolutely no service or sales records after the fact, we are establishing a long term relationship with Pentz Appliance. They have the appliances we are looking for, have excellent customer service during the sale, and most importantly provide long term service and record-keepting long after the sale, which you can obviously forget about from the big boxes. Time to go local and long-term with a reputable local dealer. Here's to a long-term, excellent relationship!

GE had made an appointment for this company to come out and see what's going on with my washer that is still under warranty, they were supposed to come Monday but called and canceled so I rescheduled to today Wednesday got a call this morning saying the service tech is not able to come today, after trying to have a conversation with the customer service rep, which led to her yelling at me and telling me to “ just go find another service company” I spoke to the manager in which he made it very clear that I was not “Top Priority” to them because I didn't purchase my appliance directly from them... Its pretty sad that they are subcontracted through GE and still treat their potential customers in this manor.. if I could have give them a 0 star, I would have.

Would definitely recommend these guys! Awesome customer service!! Justin was very knowledgeable! The delivery men were very helpful and polite! Great communication!
