| Jim Burns | True small town service at it's best. Went to the store to purchase a new faucet and wrench. The owner handed me the wrench along with a few other tools "I may need" from his tool box. Told me to bring them back when the job was done, no charge. The few extra dollars I may have paid for the faucet over the big blue store was well worth it. |
| james george | Call, they come out. usually two of them. They take their time, then they stand around and Google solutions since they don't know what they are doing. If they are there around lunch they will leave for an hour return. walk around. Tell you what its going to cost. Demand payment up front. PAY THAT PRICE UP FRONT!! If they work on anything you will have a bill sent for DOUBLE what they told you. You call the owner about the bill being ridiculously HIGH. NOTHING is done about it. Then they threaten you. They use to be GREAT!! NOW THEY ARE JUST HORRIBLE. They need to rethink who does their billing because that person just gave you a bad name! Have talked to a few other customers that had their bill doubled. If you call Them GOOD LUCK!!!! |
