They delivered the appliances and installed them. They had to change the refrigerator door to open the other direction, so the handle had to be put on the other side. Where the handle was attached there were small dents and scratches in the door. I contacted Sharon and also sent pictures. She made some calls and was able to get a brand new door straight from the factory. It took a few weeks to get the door, which was not a problem. This is a perfect example of their customer service. I highly recommend them. |
