Friendly and fast service at a really good price. My pup did a fine job in chewing off the end of the power cord, but luckily it's all back to basically new now. Happy I didn't have to junk my nice vacuum because the repair would be cost prohibitive. Thanks, Denise!

My husband accidentally broke a plastic piece off our Dyson maybe out of impatience trying to put it back together so I told him to take it and get it fixed.. he took it to Little Bits. It had been atleast two mos w/ no word so I called to find out if it was done.. at first the girl on that answered just repeatedly said they didn't have it there and questioned if I was calling the right place???' I was adimate bc I knew it was there and she finally found it w no apology. Then she said the part was they needed was on backorder and she had been calling Dyson weekly w no date of when the part would b available... she seemed unenthusiastic about her customer service or friendliness. I said I would call Dyson as I was sure it was still under warranty, so I would find out what was going on. She couldn't even tell me the part that needed replacement that she was supposedly checking on weekly'... When I finally found out what the part was if needed, Dyson said they had the part in stock and would ship to me right away and I could reassemble easily at home myself. My husband went back to pick up the vacuum told the girl his name and he said the girl put it on the counter and pushed it toward him w/o a word. If I wouldn't had called to check on it I am 100 sure it would still b sitting in back in a box. I am pretty forgiving and understanding so it was the customer service response that I found most unappealing. Needless to say I don't think we will b doing business there ever again.
